Curvy Month Pattern Six - Cosy for Cold Days, c. 1940s

Twin sets can be a bit boring - but not this one! There's more to this design than meets the eye.

Take another look at the jumper - the square neckline is just that bit different, and the sleeves look to be a modified raglan? The cardigan has really sweet set-in pockets on the the ribbed waist band as well, perfect for stashing little odds and bobs.

This pattern comes from Bestway K124, Twin Sets for the Fuller Figure (late 1940s).

Sized to fit a 41 inch bust, using aran/worsted weight yarn on 5mm and 3.75mm needles.
